NOTICE OF 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with section 1.53 of the CVBC Bylaws, the following notice is provided by the Registrar:
Date: November 30, 2025
Time: 11 am
Location: online (registration information will be distributed to registrants prior to the meeting)
Agenda:
presentation of the College’s audited financial statements;
report from the president;
report from the registrar; and
report from the treasurer.
Information for Registrants:
Registrants were sent by email on November 24, 2025 instructions on registering for the AGM. Registration is required to attend the AGM and will close at 10:30 am on November 30, 2025. If you did not receive instructions, please email feedback@cvbc.ca for assistance.
Attendance will be assessed for the purposes of quorum at 11:15 am on November 30, 2025.
There will be a question and answer period at the conclusion of the meeting agenda. Questions may be submitted throughout the AGM using the chat function on the Zoom platform. Questions may also be submitted in advance of the AGM to feedback@cvbc.ca.
