Section 65 Orders: Extraordinary Action to Protect the Public Interest

If the Investigation Committee or the Discipline Committee considers it in the public interest to take action, including action to protect animals or persons from immediate risks to health or safety, it may by written order impose limits or conditions on the practice of veterinary medicine by the registrant, or suspend the registrant’s registration.
