It is important for any facility to have protocols regarding your biosecurity for the safety of your staff, patients and clients.  Although biosecurity can conjure up images of large farming operations, all practices that have equipment and space being used for multiple patients need to ensure proper materials and protocols are in place for cleaning, disinfection and sterilization relative to their scope of practice.
