1. maintained deficient medical records in breach of the College’s Bylaws and Professional Practice Standards;
2. committed professional misconduct by maintaining deficient medical records, the deficient nature of which was a marked departure from the standard expected of a competent veterinarian;
3. failed to cooperate with the College’s investigation in breach of the Veterinarians Act, SBC 2010, c 15 and the College’s Professional Practice Standards; and
4. committed professional misconduct by failing to cooperate with the College’s investigation.

1. committed professional misconduct by failing to obtain informed consent or any consent prior to the use of general anesthetic in the treatment of a dog, which was found to be a marked departure from the standard expected of a competent veterinarian; 
2. maintained deficient medical records in breach of the College’s Bylaws and Professional Practice Standards; and 
3. committed professional misconduct by maintaining deficient medical records, the deficient nature of which prohibited the College from effectively reviewing the care and treatment of the dog, which was found to be a marked departure from the standard expected of a competent veterinarian.
