Dr. Pavitar Bajwa is found to have:

1. failed to cooperate with the College’s investigation in breach of the Veterinarians Act, SBC 2010, c 15 and the College’s Professional Practice Standards; and
2. committed professional misconduct by failing to cooperate with the College’s investigation.
